Welcome to Ignatian Associates – Oklahoma City. We are an intentionally formed Christian faith community unified by our adherence to the Gospel, our experience of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, and our practice and promotion of Ignatian spirituality.

Mission Statement:
We are an Ignatian Community centered in Oklahoma formed by Ignatian Spirituality. As contemplatives in action, our apostolic activity is leading the Spiritual Exercises.
Vision Statement:
Building on the inspired legacy of the Retreat in Daily Life (RIDL) established by the Sisters of Benedict in 1984, Ignatian Associates in Oklahoma (IA-OK) will cultivate and encourage Ignatian Spirituality through:
- Offering and promoting the RIDL,
- Endeavoring to sustain an ecumenical community for advancing Ignatian Spirituality,
- Creating opportunities for continuing growth, fellowship, and apostolic service, and
- Inviting others to join in the mission of IA-OK.
